hello, my problem is that I redeemed the code of the rogue spider knight in xbox my account is linked to that of xbox, i redeemed it after all normal when i log in to my ps4 they didn't even give me the skin nor the v-bucks, after i started session
in the xbox and they didn't give me anything either, it's as if I didn't redeem anything but when I try to redeem the code it doesn't leave because it says that and it is redeemed, so I need to know how I can do to get the skin that redeems.

firstly I kindly want you to check the Fortnite’s Support Center and make sure to go down and click ok contact us and describe your issue and I’m sure they will be so happy to assist you.

If the code is for Xbox, then there is no way to redeem on anything else except either the Xbox One, Microsoft redeem code website or the Microsoft store. You would also need an Xbox to play fortnite on, so you could get the Spider Knight Bundle for your
fortnite account.

The Rogue Spider Knight is the nicest looking one, in my opinion!
