I redeemed a MTNDEW code for the new Xbox promotion and I have not received the free game...

Per the FAQ for the program - "After entering the code, it may take anywhere from 24 to 48 hours to receive an email containing your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate redemption code."

You just need to wait.

Is this the Game Pass trial promotion from Discord? I ask because Discord promotion for game pass is only for new subscribers. If you ever had game pass on your account before - either from a trial period, another promotion or purchased - you will not be able to redeem the code.

But usually you will receive the "Expired code" or "Check the instructions that came with your code" error messages instead of a "You are not eligible to redeem this code" message.

I have been a long time fan of Samsung Televisions. I purchased my TV in November, finally received my free XBOX controller in January (after contacting them), and have yet to receive a redemption code for the free 3 month subscription to the Ultimate Game Pass. In fact I've called and emailed Samsung for multiple days on multiple occasions and I have basically been given the run around. After reading these posts, I'm beginning to realize that Samsung is well aware of this issue and has done NOTHING about it. Each time I contact them they tell me that "they see I already have received my redemption code for the controller." Even though I have continued to tell them that I have my controller and need the 25 digit code for the Ultimate Game Pass. In fact, it was 3 different reps from their sales/promotions department that told me Samsung has no such offer. So I had to send a screen shot of the email I received from Samsung (twice now), referencing the promotion and "how to redeem it by using the 25 digit code above"....that was not included in the email. I know that customers have to redeem their promotions by the 31st of January. So now I'm wondering if Samsung is stalling to keep from fulfilling the offer they advertised as bait to purchase their TVs? I'm really frustrated on why they simply can't provide these redemption codes?????

This promotion ended in January, the codes are no longer available.

I signed up for xbox game pass during the promotion though. My account received QR codes for all three of those services. However, I never saved the codes. I am trying to access the codes somehow so I can redeem them.

Hey there, Dzenea! I'm very sorry to see that you have been unable to download the games for free! I am aware of the promotion you are talking about, and would like to clear a few things up.

This promotion offered should have sent you an Xbox Live message with these games in it. Have you received any Xbox Live messages over the past couple months with a couple of codes in them? You will have wanted to redeem those codes to be able to get these
games for free.
