I redeemed the gift card on my xbox one and this was during the xbox outage but I didn’t know. It said it redeemed it but I checked my balance and it was 0, I retried again after the outage was over and it said that the card was already redeemed.

When I got this I bought it by redeeming Microsoft Reward points not by purchasing a gift card at a store, just to clarify. Also when I checked what it was for and it didn’t work. I used the code that was emailed to me.
