I redeemed a game on my Xbox and the game does not show anywhere

Discus and support I redeemed a game on my Xbox and the game does not show anywhere in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I redeemed a code for Assassins creed Shadows but I can't find the game anywhere and I can't redeem the code anymore....     I redeemed a game on my Xbox and the game does not show anywhere


    I redeemed a code for Assassins creed Shadows but I can't find the game anywhere and I can't redeem the code anymore.

    I am having the same exact problem. The pack does not show up anywhere on my xbox but my transaction history shows it being redeemed.

    Here also for me in Belgium.

    I just got my new day one edition and redeemded the code trough kinect.

    Xbox said all was good but it does not show up anywhere and i did not get a popup either.

    when i tried day one card again it offcourse says that i already redeemed it.

    Still does not show up anywhere on the one or on xbox.xom neother

    That option does not show up anywhere. It shows that I have to buy the game again. I tried a soft restart and a full reset and does not work.
