    Try waiting couple hours more or you can try reaching EA support to see if they can give more details about this matter

    Are you able to see this content in your Microsoft account order history or not yet?

    Code was entered but pack from code is not showing up.
    I have the same problem. The perk told me to claim the pack before the 16 of may which I did and it is now the 25 of may and haven’t received anything. I’ve done the step by step of turning of my Xbox , taking the power cable out etc. Still nothing. What do I do now?
