I redeemed a code from the xbox game pass perks and still haven't recieved the promised items.

Hi! As I stated above I claimed a perk for the game Sea of Thieves called an Obsidian Banjo pack and was promised different cosmetic items for my account. It has been over 24 hours and I still haven't yet gotten my items. What should I do?

Hello Manuela! I see it as "redeemed" but not completed. What do you suggest doing if we cannot solve this right now, since i don't who should i contact or ask next.

I tried to redeem my perk for the starter bundle in warframe and it says that the code has been redeemed but i still havent recieved anything in-game. Ive tried to redeem the code again but it says that its already been redeemed. Any help?

Yeah, but when I redeemed the Nitro in the Xbox Game Pass I recieved a Discord link, not a code to redeem. :/

Yep, my apologies...I got confused and thought you were redeeming a Game Pass subscription from Nitro when you it's the opposite way around
