I redeemed a code from the game pass perks and it’s not showing in game. Any ideas why?

But you do see your pack redeemed from your order history, correct? As long as it is there, you should be receiving them. You can also try reaching out with EA to verify if the issue is still there because a lot of gamers are not getting it still.

I actually have read an article that most of the gamers that have redeemed the FUT supercharge pack through perks have troubles getting them too although there has been no official announcement about this yet. This perks has just been launched though so I am positive that you will be getting this anytime soon. Most of the time, they also show on your order history as being redeemed.
