I redeemed a code for Ultimate marvel vs. capcom and even though i've redeemed it and it says it worked but suddenly the game isn't showing up on anything at all. I can pull it up through https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders but on the Xbox app, or Microsoft store it just isn't showing up anymore. I know the game is available on my device because the person who had given me the code to redeem is using the same device as me to play and they aren't having any issues. It says install, but it isn't letting me click on it and for some reason it just isn't showing up at all.
