    If you redeem your Microsoft Rewards points for a $5 Xbox Gift card. You receive $5 on your Microsoft account. You do not receive a physical gift card.

    Maybe you are not using the right valuta? You may have to change your valuta if you are not using $

    I would normally agree, but it shows in my history as if nothing was ever redeemed. Shouldn't the gift card at least show here? It does say it's in progress on the one page, but not here.
