I redeemed a 3-mo live card and now it says my account is expired. Help!

I redeemed a 3 month live card on 12/26/13 and it said my membership was renewed. This morning, 1/6/14, it says my membership is expired! Help! I threw the card away because it loaded correctly and I didn't think I would need it anymore.

Haven't gotten my 600 Micro. points yet for redeeming my gold on offer from dashboard???

My Gt. is Lumpyshawn and i redeemed my gold account and i didn't get the 600 mp promised. My account originally expired 3-13-12 but i redeemed it today (3-7-12). Do I have to wait until my account originally expired do get the points, even though i already
redeemed it with the pre-paid card?

 

Check Sign in to your Microsoft account to see if it shows that a 3 month was entered. If it does and it did expire, you'll need to contact support.

If it doesn't show, you can try contacting support anyway, but without the card there may not be much that can be done.
