    I redeemed 4 codes a few hours earlier,now my "Full Library" doesn't wanna load at all


    Aight so I redeem for codes,one for assetto corsa,one for cod aw,one for ark,and the other for a month of xbox live gold. After I redeemed those 4 codes,my "Full Library" is just loading everytime,leading to an error,the same thing on the xbox app. And if I search a game that I own on Microsoft Store,sometimes it will just load,or it shows me to buy the game or gift it,no "Install" or "Play Game" at all. Can someone please help me with this,I even reset the console,removed and added back my account on the xbox,but nothing. I got an Xbox One.

    I will suggest that you do a procedure on your console, it will not delete any games you have on your console, however it will require you to enter your accounts again on your console.

    Press the Xbox  button to open the dashboard.

    Select Profile & System > Settings > System > Console Information.

    Select Reset Console.

    On the Restore console? screen, you will see three options:

    Choose the option Restore and keep my games and apps.

    After the procedure see if the problem has been fixed.

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are having issue locating a game. Once a game code is redeemed it is attached to the profile it was redeemed on. You can look in your ready to install under your full library. Go to my games and apps>Full
    library>all owned games> the game should be listed here. If it isn't you may want to check other profiles. Also can check the

    order history     for the code that was redeemed.

    I am having problems with Full Library and Xbox Store

    I selected to reset and keep all games and apps but when I loaded in, all of my games and apps were gone, Full Library does not work, and now I don't even have the option to download games through the store. Basically it's all gone.

    Xbox app borked? Maybe a Live service issue?

    It's working again now, although it can take 3-4 seconds for the info to load in. That's acceptable though.

    Earlier on, it would sometimes load in if I waited 20-30 seconds, but sometimes it wouldn't load in at all.

    I'm 99% sure it's not a problem at my end.
