Looking at my Microsoft account the 5,000 Rewards Credits isn't showing

Haven't Received Rewards Credits after Redeeming Gems

Hello,

I recently redeemed 250 GEMS for 5,000 rewards credits. Although this transaction shows up under the "MyVIP Perks and Gems Statement" in my account, I never actually received the rewards credits. Please help.

 

Error when redeeming, MyVIP Gems, but still wiped out my MyVIP Gems balance

Tried to redeem two 10,000 Rewards Credits (500 MyVIP Gems Each), and one 5,000 Rewards Credits (250 MyVIP Gems Each).

Gave me the ol "HMMM" error. Okay so tried again....

Still got the errors, but it wiped out my MyVIP Gem Balance as if it redeemed it. So no GEMS and no Rewards Credits

Did I just get scammed out of MyVIP Gems?

 

The credits should show as pending on the MyRewards section of the Rewards site about 96 hours after you redeemed them.

The 3,428 points you're referring to are from the Microsoft Rewards program, not the Xbox Rewards program. Those are separate.

Xbox Rewards are ending and moving to Microsoft Rewards

I'm sorry I have to ask here, Microsoft used all there money to buy
GitHub and don't have the money to pay support

 

On the page where you see that the gems were redeemed, there is another list further up the page that says "Pending credits". You will see them listed there until they are deposited into your account for use.

 

Yes I see that Smwutches - I'm asking here as Micosoft/Xbox support said they can't help and said ask here

Here is what's Pending

06/01/2018 - MyVIP Vault 5,000 Rewards Credits = 5,000 Credits

05/11/2018 - Completed May Survey = 250 Credits

03/17/2018 - Completed March Survey = 250 Credits

02/28/2018 - MyVIP Star Rank 3 (Gold) = 2,548 Credits

01/31/2018 - MyVIP Star Rank 3 (Gold) = 1,198 Credits

Can you Please tell me why they aren't being added to my account

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. If you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited
by the 15th of the next month. So since you just got to 5,000 on the 1st, your credits would be scheduled to deposit by the end of the month.

 

Ok Smwutches and do you think those other credits that are pending will be added with that 5,000 ?

From the previously available FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.
