    Hello All,

    I redeem my code for a 12month game pass for my son XBox. Did this through the Redeem button while i was in the Microsoft Store in the console. It said i successfully added the game pass but when i go back home to check to see if i can download game it showed that i still did not get access. looking back into my account it shows there is not game pass even added.

    I tried to redeem my code again and it said it was already used. Not sure what to do. Can anyone help me?

    It seem that it was just a delay. I was finally able to see everything added this morning!
