I redeem 3800 vbucks christmas and they still haven't came in yet what do i do

First, we need to make sure that the v-bucks are redeemed successfully under the account that you're using, please follow the steps below:

Go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Payment & billing > Order History.

Once confirmed that it is showing from there stated as "completed" or "redeemed", for cases like this what we initially need to do is to quit the game and perform power cycle in that way once you launch the game your in-game data will just re-sync.

Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below before you re-launch the game.

I understand you need help with your vbucks redeemed accidentally on the wrong account.

The vbucks card that you redeemed on your account will go directly to Fortnite and even though your account does not have Xbox Live yet, this can be set up still and once an account is already made, it will show that vbucks to your own Fortnite account automatically.

Unfortunately, there is no option to transfer vbucks from one account to another. But I believe there is a way to purchase items in game and send it as a gift to another account. I would suggest doing that instead.

What about other codes such as item codes, I redeemed mine through the microsoft store on pc, and have an epic games account connected to my xbox account, yet the products do not show up in my fortnite account whatsoever, not the skins or the vbucks that I was meant to recieve. Is there any other steps I need to do?

I tried doing that, but just keeps saying:
Check the instructions that came with your code. You might need to redeem it on a different web page.
I dont know what else to do, It doesnt say its redeemed yet.
