I recovered my locked account but my account has stayed locked and I have no way of getting...

I completely understand the problem with your Phloaties account and believe me, I would love to help you, but I am just a member of the Microsoft community and a gamer like you.

Hopefully someone who has gone through a problem similar to this can give their opinion/solution about it, but from what I understand the only ones who can help are the Support people, but in this case it is difficult since they do not give you an effective solution. to all this.

Hi Daniel thanks for responding. Whenever I've tried calling it has always been anywhere from 12pm-5pm on a weekday. The problem is that because of my problem, I am unable to have a one on one call with an agent or have a text chat with them. Since my account is still "locked," I cannot sign in when told to do so. In addition, when I made a phone call to the support number and I gave the details that I was calling for, the automated machine tells me the same thing everything else has told me which is that the only thing I can do is fill out the forms and wait. I already went into detail on why that isn't working in the original post so I won't explain again. At this point I believe the only way for me to get some actual support is if I speak one on one with an agent.

Just to add on, I feel like there is a bug or glitch happening with it as a whole which is causing the account to stay locked. Other than that I can't seem to find out the reason why the account has continued to stay locked.
