    Game clips have white screen with audio!

    I've never had the screen go white on clips before. The things that happen to me in clips if where I hit record last 30 seconds but it'll only record like 5 seconds with no audio. Some games seem weird with the recording system to me.

    when using Hulu and Netflix one day, but only that one day.

    Where are you experiencing this problem?
    In Xbox console, PC?
    If it’s on Xbox, what console do you have?
    If it’s on PC, are you using Windows 10 or 11?

    In any case, if I understood correctly.
    After recording the video, when you try to open it only a white screen with sound appears. Correct?

    Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. The Windows logo key + G on a Windows 10 PC will open the game bar. Is the game bar not showing up on the screen when those buttons are pressed? The article entitled

    Troubleshoot Game Bar on Windows 10     if the game bar does not appear when the command is entered. Be sure to let us know the results!

    Xbox Game Bar Recording

    Okay! Open the Start menu, and select Settings > Gaming and make sure Record game clips, screenshots, and broadcast using Xbox Game Bar is On. If Xbox Game Bar doesn't appear for a full-screen game, try keyboard shortcuts: Press the Windows logo key + Alt + R to start recording a clip, then press it again to stop.
