    I recieved a Permanent Ban but can't submit a case review


    Hi Xbox community, about a month ago I received a permanent ban for my Gamerpic (a normal picture of me and my friends). I was very surprised when I logged into Xbox enforcement history and saw that the ban was permanent. I was at work at the time so I did not take the time to fill out the case review, however, I know there was an option to do so. Today, I logged back onto Xbox's enforcement page to write out my case review but It did not give me that option. A permanent ban for a picture of my friends and I seems very extreme, especially with no prior ban history. Any assistance the community could give me would be greatly appreciated.

    Well mine was soon as I said it so xbox shouldn't ban words.

    Atleast look at the whole conversation.

    A ban wasn't needed here with common sense.

    Yes, as stated above, there's an issue with the notification and it's telling everyone they have a permanent suspension when they don't.

    Fair enough if thats the case for a refund but its still not right for a new user to get a permanent ban off a first offense. I get it if the person was remaking accounts but this isnt the situation at all.
