    I recieved 2 bans


    I received a ban on Nov 15 for communications and I cannot have any communication with any player well I just received another 2 days later saying I threatened and harrassed a gamer well that's kind of hard to due when I'm banned from communication my gander

    Recently I received a communications ban, not really sure why I received the ban because the only people I talk to are people I know in real life and out of the 9+ years I’ve had Xbox live I’ve never received a ban. So I’m wondering why one I recieved the
    ban and two why I got removed from the Ambassadors Program for a ban that I have no clue why I recieved in the first place.
