I recently upgraded to xbox gamepass ulitmate and now my EA desktop says membership expired...

If you had a previous account linking and it doesnt say "EA play with game pass" under settings-> my account -> my membership in EA Desktop app then I suggest

- Clicking Manage from the settings in EA Desktop app to go to the EA customer portal website and under Connections disconnect the xbox account

- Then log out of EA Desktop and exit both apps

- Then install a EA game from xbox app

It will log you into EA Desktop and link accounts giving "EA play with game pass" membership and start downloading from EA Desktop app

Note it says you can only ever link one xbox account to your EA account

Ulitmate is gamepass and gold in one membership if you turned off auto renew you would keep youtr ulitmate membership for the 3 years in your case then it would just run out

you cant move it too a other account but you can share with any account that is signed into the same console or on that accounts home xbox.

When you sign up for ulitmateon the 1 euro deal that then merges any existing gamepass membership and gold memberships togethor. So for example lets say you had 5 months gold 2 months gamepass sign up for the 1 euro deal for a month. that would give you
8 months ulitmate.

Ulitmate is Gamepass for xbox and gamepassfor pc and gold in ONE membership

If you just turned of auto renew then you still have the 8 months and wouldnt be charged anymore in 8 months time it would just run out. If you choose too cancel then that should then give you the option to get a refund. If that wasnt the case then you can

I can log into Xbox PC Gamepass fine and play Xbox games. But when I try to play an EA Play game(The Saboteur this morning) it doesn’t allow me to play and redirects me to EA app where it says I DONT have an EA Play membership which is weird because I DO have a Gamepass ultimate membership. All works fine on console it seems. I’ve restarted, logged out and back in. It’s clearly on EA side not registering our EA play membership through Gamepass. I’m just going to move in to another game, and Xbox game and hopefully EA gets it fixed. Nothing more can be done from my end.
