I recently upgraded to XB1 per the upgrade Mission, but still haven't received my 50k reward ...

I recently upgraded to XB1-S from 360 after seeing the reward mission which would get me 50k reward points. It said that it could take up to 15 days after my order of console, but it has now gone over that and I still haven't received my points.

Same on the film/TV pass purchase offer of 5k reward points per purchase. I got Deadpool but still haven't had any points added to my account.

And again on the FREEdom Rewards offer from the last 3 months. I did goals 1 - spend £18 or more on a single free to play game (I spent over £20 on World of Tanks), & 3 - spend £3 or more on 3 different F2P games (I spent on Star Trek Online, World of Tanks &
Neverwinter). Not had the 2k & 3k points added yet and its been more than 96 hours since purchase.

In total that amounts to 60,000 Reward Points that I'm owed. I have kept the email receipts for proof.

If you could tell me why this is, and/or sort it out for me that would be great.

Missing 50K Rewards Points for XB1 S Upgrade

Hi!

I upgraded to an XB1 S to take advantage of the 50K Rewards Points. The order was shipped on 12/8 and received on 12/13. I signed into and made the XB1 S my primary Xbox on 12/25, but the reward points are still not pending.

Would anyone be able to look into this for me?

if a mission end in the Xbox rewards will I still get my reward points

Hi I recently completed the anima action mission but haven't received my reward points it has only been 48 hours and not the 96 hours but I was just wondering if now that the mission is finished if I would still get my reward points.

I'm going to brace you before the official response because I have had problems about the One S upgrade as well; you will not be eligible for the 50K points unless you already had an Xbox One and purchased another Xbox One S. Best of luck on the rest.

 

Ah right, well I also saw the one about upgrading worth 30k reward points. I thought that was for current XB1 owners upgrading to XB1-S and the other that I mentioned worth 50k for 360 owners upgrading to a brand new XB1/XB1-S.

Not exactly their finest hour in clarity. Still I expect some points coming my way as the offer was the only reason I chose to upgrade and buy it direct from Microsoft - even if its the lower 30k amount.

Hi Chris. There is currently a delay in awarding for console purchases. Credits should show as pending by the end of the week. You're eligible for the 50,000 Credits. Thanks for your patience.

For your Deadpool purchase, it was the +BONUS version, which was not on our list, but is eligible, so we'll adjust that in for you. Credits should be pending in the next couple of days.

For the FREEdom Rewards offer, there is currently an issue with tracking the World of Tank consumable purchases. We are working on that so you will see Credits for both after the fix is applied.
