I recently upgraded to an Xbox One S and renewed Xbox Live for 1-year and did not recieve any rewards credits for these transactions. My gamer tag is Darth Vita

Xbox Live Reward Credits for Upgrading

I have received a few emails (and advertisements on my xbox) prompting me to upgrade from my xbox 360 to xbox one/s, and if I do I would receive 50, 000 credits (only 30, 000 if you're not a gold member). I have now upgraded to an xbox one s but I have yet
to see any of the credits. Is there a delay in receiving the rewards? Or did I just get duped?

I preordered Call of Duty WW2 but did not receive 15,000 reward credits for it.

As of July 1, 2014 there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

Support will check on the credits for the console, but keep in mind that they should show as pending about 15 days after the console shipped. The credits should be 50,000, not 15,000.

We do not see a purchase of a console off of MicrosoftStore.com. That offer only applies to purchases made from MicrosoftStore.com, and not for console purchases made from physical (brick and mortar) stores. As Smwutches says, we no longer Reward Credits
for Xbox Live Gold renewals as of July 2014.

From the FAQ for that offer:

—When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Your 15,000 Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 15 days of the purchased-game's shipping date.

Since that game was only released recently, it is too early to see pending Credits for that purchase.

You can only receive credits for offers once. So even if you preordered 6 games, you would only receive one set of 15,000 credits. If you did, then you were properly rewarded. If you never received the credits, then you would need to post in the Xbox Rewards

There were no offers to receive 15,000 credits just for purchasing those games digitally. There was an offer to receive 15,000 credits if you preordered them as physical discs from microsoftstore.com
