    I recently updated my microsoft email from an old one to a new one and now i can only play offline games and i can’t access the store to purchase new games, can someone help me

    Account vanished

    This is just confusing and hurts my head by now. As I’m certain the one I just made uses the same email as the old one event my original Skype account it’s Skype name is my main email.

    The compromised does sound possible as google recently alerted me on my new laptop of the email account needing recovery which I did but that does not explain what happened to my Microsoft account as I got zero emails related to that and I was able to make a new one using the same exact email which is why said weird image above can happen only during the auto sign ins.

    I also didn’t say that for example on minecraft or nba2k i can only play by myself no friends can join and i can’t buy vc or get on the minecraft marketplace please help

    If I may ask, what is the exact error or issue that you’re experiencing whenever you’re trying to play with your friends? Also, the error or issue that you’re getting whenever you’re trying to buy an in-game item?

    Cant't Log in

    The App is from the Microsoft Store on the Xbox.

    And its not a complete New Account, its my Account I played all the Time on Xbox, I just removed it from the Xbox and now I would choose this Email adresse again, but its like I would add a new one.

    (I mean I choose the option "add new" because i removed my old one from the Xbox) :)

    How do I figure out what Microsoft Account is linked to my PS4 to play Minecraft and Minecraft Dungeons when I do not remember the Microsoft Account I used to link to my PlayStation 4?

    I thought Mojang migrated to Microsoft Account?

    Anyways to add my issue, I believe I may have used my Xbox email that I believe is now banned as my Microsoft Account to link to my PlayStation 4 to play Minecraft. Which I can no longer access because it is banned is there anyway at all that they can make an acception to allow me to access my old Microsoft account or unblacklist it so I can recreate a new Microsoft account with that same email btw it uses the old @live.com which seems to be non existent now as the only options for a new Microsoft account email are outlook.com and Hotmail.com I just want to play Minecraft dungeons with my online friends
