    I recently sent my Xbox Series S in to be repaired, now it's worse.


    At the time, I was getting an error e100 code. Tried all options, but wasn't even able to click on the option for a hard reset. I tried sending it in to be repaired, cost me $200. I recently got it back and now I can't get it to turn on.

    Hi there

    I am only going off recent experience but I recently got my series 1 warrantied and the rep said my replacement (wasnt a repair) was guaranteed for a year from first activation.

    Given that my model is basically discontinued now you should have no concerns with the warranty on your series 2 controller if you get it replaced.

    Also this is the 3rd time in 3 years I've sent it back so there shouldn't be any problems if something were to happen again
