I have fh5 on my pc through the Xbox app yesterday I was playing convoy with my friend but he could see me and I couldn’t see him we tried everything and got off now I tires playing the game and it tells me that when I got a refund for the game it was removed from my device but I never refunded and game never saw any refund to my account and when I go to the store it says play.

same with me except with the revolution promotion and the rewards error i am receiving. i recently bought the revolution for black ops II but am not receiving the 100 points for it and also when i start up rewards it says i have 400 points but in my console

I had my refund declined too. say they dont do digital refund. but they refunded me fifa 21 3 weeks ago. makes no sense. I have clips of bugs, game crashes, a glitched out mission that cant be finished. Yet they say no refund because ive played the game.
of course ive played the game! wouldnt know if its buggy if i didnt play it. Not sure what to do now though since they declined it and i cant do another refund claim

Kindly make sure that you're signed in under the correct Microsoft account where the game was purchased, Adam.

Go to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders, make sure that it is showing as "completed". Once confirmed, on that page, click your profile icon on the top right corner then copy or take note of the Microsoft email address that you will see (make sure that it's correct, especially the domain).

Once you have it, sign out on your Xbox App, Minecraft Launcher, and Microsoft Store App then sign back in using the Microsoft email address that you have copied.

Make sure that it is showing as "completed", alright?
