I recently got the xbox game pass for pc and I downloaded a few games but none of them work

that is the thing, i tried a game way below my specs and ya you can guess what happens

Usually when a game goes back to the Windows 10 screen, it's either because your version of Windows 10 is out of date, your graphics & sounds drivers could be out of date or your PC is not upto the specs the games need to play them.

The first thing to do is check the minimum specs to make sure your games will play, and if they can then try updating your drivers, and if that still doesn't work, then try upgrading your Windows 10 to the latest version.

I recently got a PC so I got ultimate game pass on PC and tried to download a few games but when I attempted it said I had a restriction on game ratings. I never had this issue on an Xbox system. How do I fix this?

If yoi have an child account then no as xbox parenral permissions dont apply to pc or web

You will just have to sign into parental settings on your pc

I had a Windows Update a few days ago. I would agree if the Apps weren't working before I bought the Game Pass, but I had no problems with them until I bought the Game Pass and now none of them are working.

Originally, I tried to go through the Xbox Pc App, I don't think you can download Game Pass Games through the Ubisoft Connect App without going through the Xbox Pc App which isn't working at the moment.

I tried all of the provided solutions and restarted my computer and none of them worked unfortunately. Also, I had no available updates.
