Turn on your Xbox Series S.

Start the Microsoft flight simulator.

Press the Menu button on the controller.

Select Options.

Select Video.

In the HDR section, set HDR to On.
Select Apply.

If this setting is grayed out or cannot be activated, your TV may not support HDR10.

You can check your TV's compatibility with HDR10 in the TV's manual or on the TV manufacturer's website.

If your TV supports HDR10, you may need to perform the following steps to fix the issue:

Make sure your TV is set to HDR mode. You can find this setting in your TV's settings menu.

Make sure your Xbox Series S is connected to your TV via an HDR-compatible HDMI cable.

Restart your Xbox Series S and your TV.

Microsoft Flight Simulator is set to release later this summer for the Xbox Series X|S exclusively.

As far as I know, it is coming on Xbox Series X|S only!

Flight SImulator is not compatible with any Xbox One, One S, or One X consoles

Only Series S and Series X

There are two versions of the joystick, one that is for PC only and one for Xbox, make sure you have the Xbox version and that the selector switch is set to Xbox

Make sure your specific model is compatible with Flight Simulator
