    I recently got a very long suspension on my xbox account and I believe the amount of time...


    I got banned on my xbox account for an inappropriate profile picture witch I really have no clue on what the picture was and how it got there and if it was bad. And now I am banned. I have the xbox app on my phone wich is connected to my account and allows you to change profile pictures, I have seen that when you upload one it says we will verify to see if it's ok and then it will upload it if it's ok. So xbox app verifyed apparently what was a inappropriate profile picture and I dont even know what it was then permanently suspends me off my account and xbox live. I have never put anything inappropriate as my gamer tag I always used like family pictures and that's what it was on the day I got banned for inappropriate gamer tag. Please please help me I have lost so much stuff 8 years of memories and games. This was a false ban and ban time please help me out even reading this, Thank you for taking the time to read this and to help me out I appreciate it and thank you again.

    The enforcement's duration is greater than 24 hours in length.
    The enforcement was issued in the last 12 months.

    Nothing anyone here can do as the enforcement team don't use the forums.

    You would need to go to the enforcement site HERE to file for a case review if eligible.

    It says my case review is in eligible for review and the xbox assist agent told me they used the forums here to I guess I'm screwed huh

    Support tend to send people here about enforcement matters when they shouldn't.

    If it says you are not eligible for a case review then there's nothing you can do i'm afraid.
