The only problem with that is that he gave his old account to his brother and set up a brand new account on his new xbox. Is there anyway round that?

Your brother has probably created a child account.

You need to add him to the family group and then grant him permissions

Once you have made sure that he is added as a "member", you can simply sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings and from there make sure that these settings are set to “allow” or “everyone”:

* You can see and upload community creations

* You can communicate outside of Xbox Live with voice & text

* Others can communicate with voice, text, or invites

* You can play with people outside of Xbox Live

* You can create and join clubs

* You can join multiplayer games

Make sure to hit “submit” when you made any changes.

Found the issue. My account was used, I gave my old X360 my uncle and he used my user to play (which was safed on the console).

He will create his own user. Is this any problem if one user was used twice on the same time (me on my X1 and he on my old X360)? Just to know if I did nothing wrong with my account??
