    Downloaded games won't start after playing game on disc

    Hey there AngustMcDoogle.

    To clarify, are you playing the game you own digitally with a disc? Also, are you playing on the same account that owns the content or a different account?

    I played and recently finished the game, played perfectly for me. It was a digital download (no disc)

    Discs still reading after install? Downloads in the background when off? (not in standby)

    The disc still is reading when you're playing the game, even if it's installed on your system (requirement on Xbox One). When you start downloading/installing a game, it won't download when the console is off. This was the SAME on the Xbox 360; you had to
    have your Xbox on to download any games. Don't worry about the wear and tear, it running like that won't hurt the Xbox, they are made for that.

    I received the same error code, but when I type it into the error code roster, it claims its and unknown error code.

    I have overwatch on disc and It won't start, the rest of the games I have are downloaded and those won't start up either.

    If you've got a download code for it, just download it. The installed game was from the disc and you won't be able to play it unless you get another disc. Just delete then download.
