I recently claimed game pass ultimate with my gaming laptop but i cant install games like...

I really like this idea, especially for free games, but like you said, they membership is what helps to pay for the employees and i cant imagine any changes coming soon. Only because, they have recently added the new Ultimate game pass that comes with
both game pass and gold.

But i have a person who recently bought the game pass ultimate and can pre-instal the game and this person has no interest in the game

cant install your game on game pass? try these instructions: goto gamepass on pc then find game pass with video then go down and u will see the purchasing orders they are xbox game pass and gamepass ultimate if u want to play ur game then order the ultimate version it unlocks all games complete the order and try to install ur game

Your Xbox account age starts from the Date of Birth you entered when creating your profile online.

Once you hit 18, it becomes an adult account automatically. Just make sure your birthday on the account is correct.

If your Date of Birth is correct, try adding a payment method and billing information to your Microsoft Account.

Sign in to the Microsoft account you want to update.

Go to Payment & billing and select Payment options.

You can add or edit payment options here.

If that still does not work, the best course of action is to contact Support and provide the necessary information to validate your date of birth.

Scroll down the page and click on Contact Support.

Select your "Other Products" and "Billing and Account Profile Questions" > Confirm.

It would be good to have more access to games like that but I dont see it happening.

At least game pass ultimate brings some games into play albeit on a pc or laptop.
