If it appears, try to perform a cache clear with the following steps.

Remove your account from the console

1. Press and hold the Power button on the front of your Xbox until the console turns off.

2. Unplug the power cord from the back of your Xbox.

3. Wait a minute, and then plug the power cord back in.

4. Press the Power button on your Xbox to turn it back on.

5. Your cache should be clear at this point.

Log back in with the account.

I've already read that FAQ. However, my problem isn't listed there. I'll try to explain myself better: I have bought the xbox game pass ultimate for 1 euro. Now I want to redeem my rewards. However, I cannot do so. This is because, when I open the xbox
windows 10 app, instead of a "redeem" button, I have a "join ultimate" or something similar (as if I haven't bought the pass).

I purchased Minecraft Java Edition from Mojang a long time ago. I've recently migrated my Mojang Account with my Microsoft Account that has an expired Game Pass on it. When I try to open the Minecraft Launcher an error message appears stating "looks like you need to renew gold" and when I click close the Minecraft Launcher closes.

Any Advice?

Hello, the first game i opened was minecraft and didn’t even notice it was other games to i recently tried to play others and it says the same thing. Also my game pass recently ran out and haven’t gotten to renewing it but i can still play minecraft and everything on my old xbox.
