    No. I know exactly what I'm talking about. I bought the NBA 2k22 75th Anniversary Edition for XBOX SERIES X, and inside the case it also has a code for the Xbox One version. It literally says "Also includes a digital voucher for Xbox One" on the cover. The Xbox Series X disc does not work on Xbox One. When I typed in the code, it was supposed to give me the Xbox One version of the game digitally, but it didn't.

    Unfortunately, I don't know any other support you can contact to resolve this.

    But it's curious that 2k knows about the issue and for PlayStation gamers they provide support on what's wrong/missing content but not for Xbox.

    Charged twice/ refund declined / just wanted to upgrade my NBA 2k22 version

    I bought the game: September 13. I played it. Yesterday I decided that I would like to buy the highest version available for the X | S series.

    I wasn't sure what this procedure looks like - I just wanted to pay the difference for the higher version. (I have all the conversations from this xbox.com chat)

    I made a refund and was immediately denied with this notification that I sent above
    I'm in the game. I got the content of 2K22: NBA 75th Anniversary Edition. But the icon didn't change and I got a refusal for the basic version.



    this is a bit illogical to me
