I recently bought a Minecraft world but it won't download it has stayed at 0.00MB for a day.

Kindly check to see that you have enough storage on your device. Go to the Start Menu.

Right click on the Minecraft Launcher.

Select 'More'

Open 'App Settings'

Within these settings, click on 'Repair' then try installing the world again.

Unfortunately it still hasnt worked. It has shown that it has been bought and downloaded in my games and apps section of the xbox but does not appear to be downloaded in the game. Still says downloading 0.00Mb.

If you reinstall Minecraft, you won't lose any Minecoins or anything you bought from the Minecraft Marketplace. However, you may have to reinstall worlds and texture packs you bought. You also won't lose any worlds downloaded to your system. You will be able to install it again by following these steps:

Go to My Games & Apps>Full Library>All Owned Games, and you can reinstall it there.

I downloaded Minecraft for him, he just downloaded (bought) a loooot of worlds/skins/etc., those are what I refunded. He can still access those worlds and skins though!
