    I recently bought a card for 12 months Xbox Live Gold and I am unable to access any multiplayer features. I am however able to download games that are free with gold. I have checked my subscriptions and it says that I have gold but whenever I try to play
    a multiplayer game or start a party it comes up with get more with gold. I have an Xbox One, pls help

    Question regarding subscribing to Live and using a promo free month cards

    Hi,

    I recently bought a 360 and it came with 2 free months of xbox live gold (2 seperate cards). I also got an offer through microsoft to get 12 months of gold for $3 a month if I sign up for 12 months.

    Can I subscribe and use my free cards? (Getting a total of 14 months for $36).

    Any help is appreciated.

    Unable to play online multiplayer

    I recently got the 1 month Xbox live gold free trial but I'm unable to play online multiplayer in any of my games. I bought my Xbox one S three weeks ago and everything was fine then. Help!
