I received XBox Hot Deals Reward Cards and the monies did not deposit into the account.

What can be done here is the order confirmation numbers

Theres an issue with your account or order

When i was on Microsoft Rewards i tried to redeem hot deal$5 Xbox gift card but it say theres something wrong with your account or order.

You did not have a Microsoft payable account for us to deposit into, as stated in the FAQ:

How do I make sure my Microsoft account is properly set up to receive Xbox Live Rewards deposits?



In order to receive deposits in the form of your country's local currency, your Microsoft account must be transitioned to currency. As long as you have a billing address on file in your account,
you simply need to redeem an Xbox gift card, a Microsoft Points card, or a Microsoft Points code with your Microsoft account to begin your account transition.

Since you did not have this information until recently, we could not deposit into your account. We see that you have since changed this information, and our last deposit into your account was completed successfully.

 

You would need to contact Microsoft Rewards customer support for assistance.
