I received this error everytime I log in into my Xbox one please help me what to do

Hello Cecilo, this error is usually associated with changing the account's password or connecting to Live's servers.

Try following the procedures below.

The first is a clear cache

1. Go to the Xbox press and hold the XBOX power button on the console for 10 seconds until it turns off

2. Wait 10 seconds until it turns off

3. Wait 1 minute with it off

4. Turn it back on

Xbox One reset keeping Games:

Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

Select system > Settings > System > Console Information

Select Reset console.

Restore and maintain my games and apps.

Rest assured, you won't miss games or saves

Note: You need to know the email and passwords of your accounts when performing this reset.

Hi XBF, I have a similar issue with my XBox 360. It’s currently not allowing me to log in to Xbox Live and I do receive an error code. I’m sure that I’m putting the right password but it still does not allow me to log in. Please help! Thanks.

Everytime i attempt ti log into my x box live, i am told that i need to confirm my email and password on my account. So, i do that. It gives me the same error code everytime. I’ve tried everything. I need help. I know its not an issue with my email or password.
The error code i recieve : 80072741

I'm with Lloyds TSB and I want to attach my debit card to my xbox account, but everytime I write in the correct details, it says that there is a error... Please help me??
