    I received this email from Xbox


    The Xbox Safety team has found that recent behavior by the Xbox profile based on your email address violated one or more terms of the Community Standards for Xbox or Microsoft Services Agreement. And received 2 suspension within 1 minutes and 4 strikes while playing texas chainsaw massacre never sent a message nor went in to game chat can someone help me
