    I received poor support on a call, how would I go about giving feedback?


    I called in to have something corrected, it was corrected. I was offered 7 days of compensation for the trouble, by the end it was withdrawn and I was hung up on. I just want to provide feedback on my experience, it was recorded by Microsoft.

    Was something missing from the service or your request?

    I ask this because this community is public here and as independent consultants we are unable to provide feedback to Microsoft, if you can give more details of what happened.

    They wont fix the issue.There is mixed information they are saying and it seems like they are moving on and saying the way it is now is how it will be. I would call phone support and complain about how poor the support has been on here.

    I think I'm also partially worried for when I eventually get an Xbox One that my poor rep will carry over. I don't know how the rep system works in detail on One, but I understand that there are penalties in place for people who do have a poor rep.

    Despite my rant about the community, I'd definitely recommend giving the AC multiplayer a go. :D

    Worst Customer Service Experience Ever - Anyone else had it this bad?

    How not only frustrating personally but i cant imagine how guilty you must be feeling not being able to give your kids a present for Christmas you was no doubt excited for them to receive.

    I would personally call and ask to be put through to a complaints section and see if you can possibly get a sorry and see how they will compensate for your children's disappointment. Maybe suggest a years xbox live pass.

    I cant see a company like Microsoft being happy about there poor performance here
