i received an xbox rewards code but it disappeard when i redeemed it

i was playing halo 5 when i received a xbox reward code for forza horizon 3 i then whent to redeem it but as i clicked on the message it disappeard. the code was for a Warthog vehicle for forza horizon 3. is there a way i can receive my old messages back
or receive the code back.

Never got my gift on Xbox rewards

I redeemed two rewards of 75 warframe platinum and never received it I had to purchase these with gems before it changed to Microsoft rewards and never received a code or a message from xbox.

3 month game pass code expired

On Friday i redeemed my credits/points for a 3 month game pass code. I received the email with the code shortly after. On Sunday, when i tried to enter the code on my Xbox, it told me that the code had expired. I know the old rewards system was expiring
and being changed to the new Microsoft rewards (that’s why i spent all my points on Friday) but i didn’t think redeemed rewards would expire with it. Please tell me this is just a mistake and that i didn’t get screwed out of my “reward”.

Alexander, Did you receive an email with the code after claiming it on the AMD rewards site? If I remember correctly that is how I received the code when I redeemed my gamepass reward from an AMD purchase, the "activate" button you're clicking did not
actually activate it for me automatically.

Do you mean you redeemed the code on your Microsoft account and the points aren't showing up in game, or you redeemed it from Microsoft Rewards and haven't received that code yet?

If it's from Rewards, keep in mind it takes up to 24 hours to receive anything you redeem. If you don't receive it in that time, check your order history on the redemption page of the Rewards site and it'll either list the code there or give the option to resend it. If not, contact Rewards support via the contact link at the very bottom of the Rewards site.

Check you Rewards order history, the codes should also be there if you haven't received the Email with the code. Unlike when you use rewards points for money on your Xbox account, when you redeem or do the auto-redemption like I do, the GamePass Core/Ultimate rewards are not automatically added to your account, it is sent via email. But as I said check your Rewards History and the code(s) for any months that the points were deducted should be there. If they are not there contact Rewards Support using the "Contact Microsoft Rewards Support" link at the very bottom of the page. Good luck.

Yeah I just saw this. I haven't received my email with the code yet and nothing on the rewards website to redeem
