I received a code [Mod Removed] in an email today and it does not work. I have opened a chat with support and they advised this is a known issue and to post here in which I'll receive a response with a proper code.

Adding more time to Family pack.

How do I add more time onto our Family Gold Pack? Going that you have cancelled it we brought some prepaid codes and now that isn't working either?

Same thing here, stopped working all of a sudden the other day. It asks for a postal code to pick a provider which is now "not set up". There isn't a spot to add the post code??

You still need a creditcard or bank card

Paypal isn't available in all regions

And you would still need a creditcard or debit as you have to add a recurring payment option to add the subacription

Switching regions wont work as your payment option must match the code region

So if you are trying to redeem an out of region code it won't work
