    I received a refund I didn't asked for (Gamepass)


    Today I received an email saying that the refund I asked for was accepted and completed... the ting is that I didnt asked for any refund.
    It was for my first month of xbox gamepass (promotion for $10 mxn). I want to cancel the refund and give me back my gamepass remaining time please.

    I tried to do that but as I mentioned the refund is for my first month promotion ($10mxn) and now I have to pay the full price (arround $170mxn)... that is unfair, specially when I didnt ask for a refund to start woth.

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel refunds, so I suggest getting the gamepass when the money gets refunded into your account!

    How about a family member's account where you may have let them borrow your payment details?

    You may need to ask them as well. Because in order for us to manage this, we need to locate the transaction.

    It means that it’s on a different Microsoft account of yours. Kindly check all Microsoft accounts that you own by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/services to manage your subscription.
