I received a promotional message on my Xbox one and I had a problem

I received a message on my Xbox One from Xbox Live and it says the following:

You unlocked a free $5 Xbox Gift Card for inviting your friends to go Gold! Select Launch Site and redeem it before 6/30/2017. Spend within 90 days of redemption.

When I hit the Launch site botton it takes me to a Xbox page with the gift I got. When I hit redeem it says it's expired. What do I do?

Retrieving an expired message containing an unused Fallout 3 digital download code on Xbox One

Hello,

I recently contacted customer support asking the same question, and I was directed here.

I received a message from Xbox Live after pre-ordering Fallout 4 for the Xbox One. This message had a promotional code for Fallout 3. The problem is that I received the message 32 days ago (when Fallout 4 launched), but I understand that messages expire
after 30 days. Is there anything I can do to retrieve that promotional download code?

Lost Promotional Codes Sent via Xbox Messages

Quite some time ago, I had received promotional codes for multiple Gears of War games, and even a Forza Horizon 3 Warthog unlock code.

I seem to have lost these promotional codes that I had received via Xbox Messages.

I'd love it if someone could help me out in recovering these messages/codes!

No, I purchased Gold thought the screen that the promotion was displayed.

After seeing the promotion on my dashboard, I selected the promotion and then proceeded to purchase Xbox Gold, in order to receive a free copy of RYSE. Only problem is, 4 weeks later and I still have not received it.

As I had posted above, caaaal7, you needed to receive this promotion on your Xbox 360, and you confirmed that you saw the promotion on your Xbox One. This unfortunately does not meet the qualifications for the FIFA 15 bundle promotion this time around. The
promotion was not for users that had pre-ordered a bundle, but for accounts that received this promotion on their Xbox 360.
