It might be because you have an uodate that's really big. A recent update was around 3.22 gigabytes are you in the insider program?

Nursemorph is correct, the firmware update is something insiders received.

I could recommend joining the insiders to receive updates like this one however we are testing to see if it can be recreated with both .22 and .24 with no luck. We have tried:

- in cutscenes

- during standard game play for single and multiplayer games

- during standard menus

The party chat part is a new factor not earlier expressed in terms of attempting to recreate this issue so we will try that as well.

If you say u recently updated to an insider beta build I would report the problem through the insider app. As it could be an error made during update and will help with making sure updates don't have bugs when publically released

Are you part of the Xbox Insider Preview program? Sometimes uodates in the build in preview can cause various issues.

I know its a long shot but have you tried pluging the conteoller into the xbox? It usualy re syncs it and possibly try uodating the controller while it is plugged in. Might need a softward update
