    I was falsely suspended because of a online troll that has been harassing me with multiple accounts trying to get me banned for bad language he got me suspended Recently and I received 2 suspensions at the same time one for 22 days and the other for 6 which equals 4 strikes and he quickly deleted his messages to cover his tracks is there any way I can get in contact with a human employee because this suspension is not justified and my Appel was denied

    The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions and an appeal is the only way to contact them. If they denied the appeal, there is nothing else that can be done.

    How would I contact Microsoft about a false ban?

    Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team and possibly have a ban lifted. Since they upheld their decision, there is nothing else that can be done.

    How would I get help on this site? Where is it stating why I got banned? Cause this account isn’t the one I was banned on, I’ve already received emails and the only reason I was banned was due to “violating the terms and services” which is false.
