I received a 15 day communication, multiplayer, and more ban? No details as to why

I received a notice that I was suspended for 15 days for violating code of conduct via written or verbal. Upon reviewing the enforcement it says no details so I’m getting banned and there’s no details as to what I said that was so extreme that it deemed not only a communication ban but a ban from multiplayer as well for such a long period of time. I submitted an appeal explaining that I don’t know what I did or said that was so wrong for such a harsh punishment. I’ve received only 1 other ban over a year ago but they provided the details/message so I took full accountability. This time around no details, appeal denied, banned from coms and even playing multiplayer from a supposed code of conduct via communication. I find it beyond unfair that as a paid customer I can receive such a harsh punishment and you can’t even provide the details as to what I said. Please assist me Xbox enforcement with this because I don’t even know what I said wrong. I’ve contacted Xbox support and they said there’s nothing they can do and just to submit an appeal which I did already and it was denied. There should be an easy way to contact the enforcement team the same way we can with Xbox support. No way we should receive harsh bans especially without a big history of other bans and then have no details and instantly get denied. Please help.

Unfortunately, submitting an appeal is the only way to contact the enforcement team and they are the only ones who could do anything. Since they denied the appeal, all you can do is wait it out.

I just don’t understand if you’re going to ban me then at least provide the details of what I said, not just a vague answer of written or verbal communication. That’s not fair at all especially if you only allow one chance and deny it without any explanation.

This happened to me also a couple days ago, I messaged somebody something that is inappropriate and all I should get is a 4 day ban from communication right? Nope. 2 days after I got banned for communication, I got a 15 day suspension. I don't know why Xbox did this. I completely understand why I got banned for communication, but a 15 day suspension? Also, my appeal was denied. Me sending a message that is inappropriate is not a consequence to a 15 day suspension. XBOX PLEASE GET BACK TO ME

Why would you ban my console? You provided 0 details for why I even got a 15 day ban in the first place. I will sue if you ban my console so don’t even try doing that.

Ive just received an 100 day communication ban, 30 day multiplayer ban, 30 day console comms ban and 7 day console multiplayer ban for what I can see very little reason at all. The enforcement team at xbox need taking to court and have a lawsuit filed against
them as long as the list of people theyve unjustifiably banned to be honest. Good luck though, think we all need it
