Thanks for your response. I understand but isn't this an account or security issue not an enforcement action? 58 strikes in one evening, some within the same minute seems like an exploit or attack, not an enforcement action issue.

Thanks Tezzarrific. I agree and honestly am totally fine with as long as there was a real way to appeal. I freaked out when the first 2 appeals were denied within a minute. I appealed again this morning and they just got back. Took a couple hours not a minute. It looks like I might get it back. I wish there was more transparency. It is not just a subscription. I have a lot of money in the account over the years.

58 strikes from someone with none and an account for almost 2 decades should be a red flag for a manager or supervisor to review.

For anyone else with a with a ton of strikes maybe just appeal one at a time with as much info as possible. It took me 3 times.

I had to change my password and redo my mfa per the response. I just replied that i did. I hope to get it back soon.

Response:

"Thank you for reaching out to us to inquire about your account's current suspension. We have investigated your account and have verified your claims of unauthorized access. If you feel that the actions that led to your account's suspension occurred while your account was not in your possession, you will need to take additional action in order to ensure that your account is secure before the suspension can be lifted. ..."

Each report is reviewed by a Safety team member (not a bot) before suspensions are issued.

If you received multiple issued within minutes, then one of two things happened...

Multiple Safety Team members were reviewing reports and issuing the suspensions resulting on them being issued at the same time; or one Safety Team member was going through the reports, and then went back to issue suspensions at one time (like what people do to move multiple emails at one time).

KYS is slang for something bad which is why the suspension happened in the first place. Unfortunately, as per Microsoft, the customer support team has no access to the enforcement details so unable to help.

not all reports are checked before suspension is applied, they use AI to monitor all and AI issues the bans on basic stuff like pic reports, bad words etc , this has been proven time and time again.
