    I receive the error code “Montano” when loading into Warzone 2. Communication server...


    Whenever I load into Warzone 2, I receive an error code “Montano” saying communication servers are unavailable. I have tried rebooting the console, router, audio settings etc. what can I do to resolve this issue.

    This began when I bought the Xbox Series x.

    Would it be okay if you install other games just for us to check if it's an issue with the Xbox console or the game itself?

    Sorry for the trouble. Do you have a different network connection that we can try to use such as a mobile hotspot?
