Discus and support I really wish the guide was restored to 5 previous apps in XboX Insiders to solve the problem; Do we know why the guide was reduced from the last 5 apps down to 4 yet?     I really wish the guide was restored to 5 previous apps


    Do we know why the guide was reduced from the last 5 apps down to 4 yet?

    For a console that has really good multitasking capabilities if really sucks now to switch between the last few apps. Microsoft really like to remove the multitasking stuff... I still miss snap. Snap was the best thing ever

    So my question was - is it possible to restore my cloud saved games from yesterday, June 5?

    It's just really shocking the circumstances has resulted in losing my data. Appreciate it's all unintended but to be not able to restore back to the previous day. Any help would be much appreciated.

    Xbox App Crashes on Launch, October 2018 Update

    Try going back to a previous Windows point to repair.

    Follow the steps below to restore your computer to a previous date using a restore point:

    1- Type recovery in the search box of the taskbar and choose Recovery (Control Panel).

    2.- Click on Open System Restore.

    3.- Click on Next.

    4.- Select your restore point, and click Next.

    5.- Click on Finish.

    The computer will reboot and present a message on the desktop confirming that the restoration was successful.

    Are you sure you signed back in to the correct Microsoft account? It sounds like you signed into a different account and set up a new Xbox profile instead accessing your existing account.

    Check your email inbox to confirm which account you used for Minecraft.

    Have you received any emails recently about your account details being changed? Check your inbox for any messages from Microsoft, including the Junk folder.
