I really need to reset the parental password on my Xbox 360!

you will need to reset the password for the parental account. You can reset this by going to login.live.com and select cant access your account. Xbox customer support do not have the ability to reset the account password or accept the terms of use for you.
If you cannot reset the password for the parental email you will lose the account.

Hi. I sold the xbox 360 to a shop. They need the parental control password. When i sign into devices, i cant see the xbox 360. We have xbox 1. Would the passwiord for xbox 1 be the same as parental control password for tbe xbox 360.

I already did it and I did not know how to communicate, I would like to resolve that because the security question to reset the parental control password also forget it I would like a solution to reset the console as new or the password
