If you have claimed a refund and it has been approved, then it takes 5-7 Business days (sometimes quicker than that, sometimes later, depending on bank, country etc) for it to get back to you. Far as I am aware, customer support are unable to expedite that process

Go here and fill out the form, you will need the order number, you can get that from you account on the PC. Explain your issue in detail. If you have no previous refunds they should be able to process this. This is the only place that you can submit for
refunds now.
